Poppy was born in February 2021, during the winter lockdown.
The public version is that Alan died suddenly at home in December 2021. That is true and enough for this entry.
Alan died on Saturday 18 December 2021.
On 4 January 2022, I rang the headteacher at Millbrook and asked to reduce my hours.
Today was my last day at Millbrook.
Pauline persuaded me to attend the local history group on 10 October 2024.
I did not decide to write my life. I decided to sort a few dates.
I have lived in the Emsworth bungalow since 2004. It has two bedrooms, a garden I can manage in sections and more cupboard space than one person needs. I still know what is in most of it.
I collected Poppy from school today.
